LOCK IN AI
A program by ForgeCoreAI
As of 2026-09 Language DE / EN First cohort's dates: on request
In person / DACH / five days

Five days in one room. Then your own AI workforce runs the business.

A one week intensive for owners and founders who already use AI and have nothing measurable to show for it. Eight hours a day, six to eight people, and your own business is the case we work on.

No technical background needed. Your agent writes the code, not you. Bring the laptop you already work on.

First cohort: 6 to 8 seats. The venue and the dates are named on the call first.

01

You introduced AI. Little has happened.

You are not behind and you are not doing anything wrong. This is the normal outcome, and it is measured.

The model was never the problem. The work around it is: the wiring, the decisions about what to hand over, and one person who knows how the thing runs.

That is the week. You do not leave with a shortlist of tools to buy later. You leave with a running setup.

02

Five days. Eight hours each. You build the whole time.

No lectures to sit through and no slideshow about the future. Each day has a build, and each day ends with something that exists.

Day 5

One track per day, which means one piece of work from your own business: five days. Eight hours a day and a full hour for lunch; the exact times are not fixed yet. The day alternates between a short lesson and building on your own process, and the coach walks the room while you build.

Day 1Understand, then choose
  • We start with a live demo: on a prepared example you see what an agent does better than ChatGPT
  • We set up together where your agent will work: on your machine or on a cloud box prepared for the room
  • You write down where your data lives and what never leaves the company
  • You collect the work that costs you hours every week, and cost out three of it
  • The four questions every agent has to answer: what goes in, what comes out, who decides, what it costs

ResultYou know what an agent is, what it can do and where it can run

Day 2The first build
  • You watch one complete build, from the first request to the finished answer
  • You learn the four parts every agent is made of: trigger, steps, decision, output
  • Then you build the same thing on your own material, step by step
  • You learn where your key lives and what a single run costs
  • At the end we make a mistake on purpose, so you know it before it happens at home

ResultYour first agent runs and answers your real requests

Day 3The wiring
  • Your agent gets real inputs: from your inbox, your calendar, your CRM or your documents
  • Reading first; it only writes when you agree beforehand
  • You see what a permission really opens, and what it never opens
  • We cut a connection on purpose and fix it together, so you can do it at home yourself

ResultYour agent reads from a real system in your business

Day 4The part nobody sells
  • The workflow becomes an agent: it decides the order of its own steps, uses your tools and asks you first
  • You decide what it may do alone and what waits for your approval
  • Every run is logged, so you can look up what it did
  • You learn what a run costs and what a month costs
  • We provoke mistakes: an empty request, a wrong address, a request it has to refuse

ResultYour agent survives a normal working day, with a price per run

Day 5Handover
  • You get every access, every export and the manual that lets you run your agent yourself
  • You write down yourself what was built, why and what it costs, so a colleague understands it
  • To close, your agent runs once end to end: from the real input to the result you would send
  • Then you show the room what it takes off your desk, and how many hours a week that is
  • The next three pieces of work with an owner and a date, plus a 30 day plan and a briefing for your team

ResultYour agent keeps running: with your manual, its price and three next steps

Build buddy
You work in pairs. Every checkpoint is read by your partner before the coach reads it
Worksheets
from every day, as copies you own
Friday
every agent runs end to end once and shows what it takes off your desk

03

Four things that exist when you walk out

Agents
built on your own processes, not on demo data
Own agents
running on your machine or a cloud box, not rented from us by the month
Numbers
what each agent costs, what it touches, what happens when it fails
Order
the next three workflows, ordered

What you touch during the week: the same tools ForgeCoreAI runs on. n8n for the workflows, OpenAI or Claude as the models, and your own agents, on your machine or a cloud box. The assistant you set up during the week stays yours and keeps working afterwards.

04

Six to eight owners. One room, five days.

Everyone builds on their own business, so the room moves at the pace of the room. Small on purpose: eight people is the largest group where every build still gets looked at before the week ends. It is also why there is no published per seat price and no product to add to a cart.

05

Who this is for, and who it is not for

It is for you if

  • You own or run a business of roughly 10 to 200 people
  • You already tried a tool or two and have nothing measurable to show for it
  • You have at least one process that eats person hours every single week
  • You can decide on your own, without waiting for an IT department
  • You are willing to sit in front of a screen for eight hours and do the work

It is not for you if

  • You are a developer or an agency looking for something to resell
  • You want to watch someone else do it
  • You want a software licence rather than a working setup
  • You cannot give the week your full attention

06

On request, on the call

We do not put the figure on this page. The 20 minute call covers three things: the price, the dates and whether you are a fit for the week. If you are not, we say so on the call and you keep the conversation.

07

Questions we actually get

01Can I do this without a technical background?
That is exactly who the week is designed for. Your agent writes the code, not you. You will decide what to hand over, build it with guidance in the room, and test whether it holds. Owners with no technical staff finish the week with a running setup.
02A whole week out of the business.
The week is the work. You spend it on the processes you would otherwise be working in anyway, and you leave with them running instead of on a to do list. Five days is also the shortest stretch that gets past the point where people give up on their own.
03How much does it cost?
We do not publish it. It is the first thing we cover on the call, before anything else, so nobody spends twenty minutes finding out a number.
04Where does my data go?
Wherever you decide. We build in your accounts with your keys, on your material. Your data stays in your systems, your agents run on your machine or a cloud box, and you can end our access the moment the week is over.
05What happens after the week?
You leave with documentation, a cost figure per agent and the next three workflows ordered. You do not need us to keep it running. A follow up session is available if you want it.

08

Twenty minutes, then you know

One call, three answers: the price, the dates, and whether cohort one is right for you.

  1. You book the call. Twenty minutes, no pitch.
  2. We cover the price, the venue, the dates and whether your business fits. If it does not, we say so there.
  3. If it fits, your seat is held and you get the preparation list for the week.

Not ready to book yet?

Leave your email instead. You get the venue and the dates for cohort one before they go public. One message, no newsletter.
